Abstract: A method of knowledge-based examination paper bank construction is presented. The method to construct knowledge relearns examination and evaluation to the students from the perspective of knowledge construction and can help students learn and acquire knowledge in examinations for development. Knowledge, questions, learners and the rules are designed on the basis of experts’ systematical theory. The design of the exam system of knowledge and data object model is primary to knowledge-based systems, and also a basis of intelligent fixing test paper and evaluation.
